金葛感冒颗粒质量标准研究,薄层色谱,金银花,葛根,黄芩

     【摘要】目的：建立金葛感冒颗粒的质量标准。方法：用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别处方中的金银花、葛根、黄芩。结果：TLC鉴别色谱特征斑点明显，阴性无干扰。结论：所建立的TLC法专属性强，可用于金葛感冒颗粒的质量控制。

    Abstract：Objecfive To establish the qualitystandard of Jinge Ganmao Keli.Methods By thin layer chromatography(TLC) Identification of prescriptions in the Honeysuckle， Kudzu， Scutellaria.Results The developed TLC spots were quite clear and negative non-interference.Conclusion The established TLC methods are exclusive for the quality control of Fufang Chihuang Keli.
