【摘 要】 头痛是由于外感与内伤，致使脉络拘急或失养，清窍不利所引起的以头部疼痛为主要临床特征的疾病。头痛的病机为邪阻脉络，清窍不利或精血不足，脑失所养。川芎茶调散与头痛方证相应，在辨证论治的基础上合理应用，可取得显著的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。
