【摘 要】 目的：观察牵正复瘫汤加减联合针刺对面瘫患者的治疗效果。方法：选取面瘫患者60例，随机分为研究组(采取牵正复瘫汤联合针刺治疗)和对照组(单纯采取针刺治疗)。对比两组治疗前后面瘫症状评分、两组治疗疗效、两组治疗前后FDI残疾指数评分及House -Brackman量表积分。结果：两组治疗前面瘫症状评分、FDI残疾指数评分及House -Brackman量表积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后研究组面瘫症状评分及House-Brackman量表积分明显高于对照组，FDI残疾指数评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：牵正复瘫汤加减联合针刺对面瘫患者的治疗疗效较好，具有明显优势。

    Abstract：Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qian Zheng Fu Tan Decoction combined with acupuncture on facial paralysis patients.
