【摘 要】 目的：从细胞水平上探索海狗丸的壮阳生精活性，为海狗丸的药效研究提供参考和依据。方法：采用MTT比色法和生物素双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法，考察海狗丸不同给药浓度对大鼠的睪丸间质细胞增值及睾酮分泌的影响。结果：海狗丸在50μg/mL、100μg/mL、200μg/mL的给药浓度下，均具有促进睾丸间质细胞增殖和睾酮分泌的作用，且促进作用随着给药浓度的增大而增强。结论：海狗丸具有一定的壮阳生精活性。
