HPLC法测定清咽利喉合剂中黄芩苷的含量(1)

     【摘要】目的：建立HPLC法测定清咽利喉合剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法：采用十八烷基键合硅胶为固定相;乙腈-0.1%磷酸(32∶68)为流动相;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长326nm，柱温30℃。结果：黄芩苷在0.05785～0.8677μg范围内呈良好线性(r=0.99977);平均回收率为99.9%，RSD为0.62%。结论：本法快速准确，杂质分离完全，重现性好，可用于清咽利喉合剂中黄芩苷的含量测定。
