【摘 要】 膝关节骨性关节炎为骨科常见疾病之一，多见于中老年人，随着中国老龄化的来临，该病的发病率呈显著增长态势，造成患者对生活满意度的下降。风寒侵袭、劳累等多为膝关节骨性关节炎诱因，现临床多以肝肾亏虚为主要病因，并予以补益肝肾治疗。盛炎炎教授认为瘀血阻滞在其发病中不可或缺，并善从瘀血论治，治疗效果满意。
