【摘 要】 蒲公英为常见清热解毒类中药。文章对蒲公英治疗痤疮相关的化学成分和药理作用加以分析，认为蒲公英提取物中的绿原酸和黄酮类物质可以抑制以炎症反应为主的痤疮发生发展，并对蒲公英治疗痤疮的临床应用前景进行探讨，肯定了蒲公英治疗痤疮的疗效，以期为今后的研究和治疗提供理论依据及方向。
