【摘 要】 2型糖尿病合并膝骨关节炎在临床治疗上存在诸多问题，比如治疗难度大、治疗费用高、手术风险大、术后并发症多等。中医药治疗2型糖尿病合并膝骨关节炎具有方便快捷、操作简单、價廉效优的独特优势。文章总结了杨传经教授使用搜山虎治疗2型糖尿病合并膝骨关节炎的临证经验，杨教授认为民间侗药搜山虎制作骨刺痛消酊用于治疗2型糖尿病合并膝骨关节炎能够取得显著疗效。
