【摘 要】 文章通过PubMed、CNKI、万方等数据库对地龙在多种创面上的疗效、活性成分及作用机制方面的研究进展进行较全面的综述，以期为地龙促创面愈合作用机制的深入研究与开发利用提供参考。

    Abstract：In this paper， PubMed， CNKI， Wanfang and other databases were used to comprehensively review the research progress on the efficacy， active components and mechanism of earthworm on various wounds， in order to provide reference for the further research and comprehensive utilization of earthworm in promoting wound healing.
