【摘 要】 张喜奎教授认为慢性肾脏病多与脾肾亏虚、固邪留驻有关，为本虚标实证，应以“扶正祛邪”为核心思想，结合疾病特点与肾脏病六经规律，从辨病、辨证出发，合理运用益肾健脾与解毒化瘀、利水降浊诸药加减，以指导临床治疗。其中大黄附子汤对厥阴病后期脾肾阳虚型慢性肾衰竭疗效良好。
