【摘要】 目的 分析超声引导联合EKG腔内定位胸壁输液港导管尖端的临床应用价值。方法 选取2019年5月至2020年4月宜宾市第二人民医院常规超声引导下植入胸壁输液港的患者88例为对照组，将2020年5月至2021年4月于宜宾市第二人民医院行超声引导联合EKG腔内定位胸壁输液港导管尖端的76例患者为研究组，比较两组患者胸壁输液港导管尖端到达最佳位置率、导管尖端一次性最佳位置达到率、并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患者的导管尖端到达最佳位置率、导管尖端一次性最佳位置到达率高于对照组(Plt;0.05)；研究组输液港植入后心率失常发生率、并发症总发生率低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论 经超声引导联合EKG腔内定位胸壁输液港导管尖端应用于安置胸壁输液港，可以提高胸壁输液港尖端到达最佳位置率，同时还能够降低胸壁输液港植入后心率失常发生率，从而提高患者舒适度，减少患者反复调管的费用和痛苦，值得在临床积极推广使用。
