【摘要】 目的 分析冠心病心绞痛患者采用化瘀通脉汤的临床治疗效果。方法 选取2018年10月—2020年10月杭州市上城区南星街道社区卫生服务中心收治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例，采用数字列表法将其分为对照组和研究组，各50例。对照组采用西药进行常规治疗，研究组采用中医化瘀通脉汤进行治疗，比较两组治疗效果、心绞痛发作次数、生活质量评分和治疗满意度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(Plt;0.05)，心绞痛发作次数低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。治疗后，研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(Plt;0.05)，总满意率高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论 在冠心病心绞痛患者治疗过程中，通过化瘀通脉汤的应用，有利于实现患者临床治疗效果的提升与优化，对于患者健康的合理保障具有良好的促进意义，该治疗方法值得推广与普及。
