【摘要】 目的 探讨集束化护理在经尿道双极等离子电切术后护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年7月至2020年6月收治的经尿道双极等离子电切术患者120例为研究对象，随机分为对照组、研究组，对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用集束化护理，比较两组出血情况、膀胱痉挛情况、国际前列腺症状评分量表(IPSS)评分、满意度和生活质量简表(QOL)评分情况。结果 对照组出血严重程度、膀胱痉挛严重程度和发生率、IPSS评分高于研究组(Plt;0.05)，满意度评分、QOL评分低于研究组(Plt;0.05)。结论 经尿道双极等离子电切术后护理中实施集束化护理效果显著，能提高患者的满意度和QOL评分，改善患者IPSS评分、出血情况和膀胱痉挛情况，应推广应用。
