【摘要】 加加速康复外科(ERAS)理念自提出以来，在国内外广泛推广应用，目前已在成人外科应用较为成熟，但在小儿外科领域的应用相对匮乏，只有极少数关于小儿外科加速康复的报道。本文就目前小儿外科加速康复理念的临床应用情况简要汇总，发现ERAS 在小儿外科临床应用过程中缺乏充足的循证医学证据、缺少专业的ERAS-MDT团队及权威的小儿外科ERAS指南。但随着小儿加速康复外科研究的不断进行，小儿外科ERAS一定会发展的越来越好。
