    【Abstract】Withthedeclineinfertityrates，thestatehasadjustedits fertilitypolicyandoptimisedcomplementary supportmeasures，whichhashadapositive impactonthewilingnessoffamiliestohavechildrenandontheincrease infertility levels，butthesituationofdeliningbirthsisstillserious.Fertlityisnaturalandcomplexbhaviour，whichifectedbyany factors，suchasthelevelofeconomicdevelopment，theavailabilityofchildcareservices，thelevelofreproductivehealthand familystructure.Toncouragepeopletoespondtothelatestfertityolicy，itisimportattouildacomprehensive，accesble andconvenientsupportsystemforinfantandchildcare.Groupwell-childcare(GWCC)facilitatedbyhealthcare profesionals， allows mothers toshareandlearn fromeachother'sparenting experiencesand postnatal health isses.Thiscommunitybased groupenvironment fosters thehealthoffamiliesandtheimprovementof professonalcapabilities，andpromotescooperation andinteractionamonghealthcareprofessonals，parents，anddiferentfamilis.Thisnew modelofparenting willexpandthe depthandbreadthofourcountry'spostnatal maternalandchildhealthservices.Inthispaper ......
