摘要：目的：探讨临床心电图提示冠状动脉供血不足与肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)阳性率的关系。方法：胶体金免疫层析法快速检测法，并使用酶联免疫法行确证实验。结论：实验证实临床心电图提示冠状动脉供血不足者肌钙蛋白I阳性率为9.33%。讨论：冠状动脉供血不足导致冠心病发生率及死亡率呈上升的趋势。而心肌肌钙蛋白作为心肌损伤标志物，其高度的心肌特异性，高度敏感性及较长的窗口期，不仅成为判断心肌损伤，特别是诊断急性心梗的“金标准”。临床心电图提示冠状动脉供血不足时肌钙蛋白I阳性率高达9.33%。提示临床医生早诊断、早治疗，是降低冠心病死亡率的有效方法之一。
