摘要： 随着生活水平的提高，威胁人类健康的糖尿病正以惊人的速度增长。糖尿病肾病行血液透析的病人也越来越多。血液透析中除常见的低血压、高血压等急性并发症外，低血糖的发生亦逐渐引起重视。本文对我院自2001年3月至2010年3月期间15例糖尿病肾病血液透析过程中出现低血糖情况的23例次进行分析，对其护理体会报告如下。

    Abstract：Along with the living standard enhancement,threatens the human health diabetes by the astonishing speed growth.Diabetes nephrosis good hemodialysis patient more and more are also many.In the hemodialysis except the common hypotension,hypertension and so on outside the acute complication,the hypoglycemia occurrence also gradually brings to the attention.This article March,2010 in the period 15 example diabetes nephrosis hemodialysis process had the hypoglycemia situation to my courtyard from from March,2001 to 23 examples time to carry on the analysis,to its nursing experience report as follows.
