摘要：由于糖尿病发病率的逐年上升，糖尿病已成为发达国家及心脑血管疾病和肿瘤之后的第二大疾病，我国已经成为仅次于印度糖尿病的第二大国，给社会和家庭带来了沉重的经济负担。为了减少糖尿病患者，我们利用护理健康教育的方式进行护理干预，从而达到糖尿病人群的防病知识，降低慢性病并发症，提高慢性病患者生存生活质量的目的。

    Abstract:As a result of diabetes disease incidence rate the rise,after diabetes has become the developed country and heart blood vessel of brain disease and tumor second big disease year by year,our country already becomes is only inferior to the Indian diabetes second great nation,has brought the serious economic burden for the society and the family.In order to reduce the diabetic,we use the nursing health education the way to carry on the nursing intervention,thus achieved diabetes crowd prevents disease the knowledge,reduces chronic illness complication,enhances chronic illness patient to survive the quality of life goal.
