摘要：目的：探讨老年患者胆囊切除手术的护理特点。方法： 回顾性分析20例老年患者胆囊切除术围手术期的护理方法及效果。结果： 老年患者胆囊切除术后20例全部治愈，住院天数最长的14d，最短的5d，平均7.5d。结论： 加强老年患者围手术期护理是保证手术成功和早日康复的关键。
