对现代医院思想政治工作的探讨
摘要：现代医院思想政治工作的本质仍然离不开马列主义，毛泽东思想和邓小平理论，以及“三个代表”重要思想和党的路线、方针、政策教育广大职工，随着改革的不断深化和新医改的出台，医院思想政治工作面临的任务和挑战，如何结合医院实际，抢抓机遇，不断探索思想政治工作的新途径，增强实效，笔者从三方面思考。关键词：现代医院 思想政治工作 探讨
To modern hospital thought political work discussion

Abstract: The modern hospital thought political work essence still could not leave the Marxism-Leninism,the Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory,as well as “The Three Represents” the important thought and partys route,the policy,policy education general duty L,mountain Taiwan which changed along with the reform unceasing deepened advantage new medicine,the duty and the challenge which the hospital thought political work faced,how linked to the hospital reality,snatched stresses the opportunity,explored the thought political work unceasingly the new way,the enhancement actual effect,the author pondered from three aspects.
