摘要：随着现代医学科学的发展,全身麻醉因其安全性高,适应性广,麻醉效果好等优点,而在临床广泛应用。由于全麻要气管插管,术后易引起肺部并发症,在老年患者中因为其自身特点而并发症更常见。为了实施有效的护理措施,我们对2007年1 月～2008年12月间的61 例全麻老年病人在术后予以氨溴索和庆大霉素吸入,取得了良好的效果。

    Abstract:Along with the modern medicine science development,the general anesthesia is high because of its security,the compatibility is broad,anaesthesia effect good and so on merits,but in clinical widespread application.Because the general anesthesia wants the trachea intubation,after the technique easy to cause the lungs complication,but the complication is more common in the old age patient because of its own characteristic.In order to implement the effective nursing measure,we during ~2008 year December 61 example general anesthesia old age patients give the ammonia bromine rope to January,2007 after the technique and celebrate the magnamycin inspiration,has obtained the good effect. ......
