改变护理工作模式,提高护理质量的工作体会

     摘要：随着社会的不断进步，人们对社会的需求在不断提高，对医院的工作要求也在不断增强，我们医护人员更要不断的更新知识，提高业务素质，思想素质，进一步增强服务意识，转变工作观念，才能顺应时代的要求，更好地服务于病人，拉近医患距离，构建和谐关系。

    Abstract:Along with societys unceasing progress, the people are enhancing unceasingly to societys demand, unceasingly is also strengthening to the hospital work requirement, our medical care personnel wants the unceasing renewal knowledge, improves the service quality, the thought quality, further strengthens the service consciousness, the transformation work idea, can comply with the time the request, serves well the patient, pulls closer the medical trouble distance, the construction harmonious relations.
