     摘要：蛛网膜下腔出血为神经科急症，其发病急病情变化快，住院时间长，发病年龄偏低，由于该病的特殊性，其预后情况受病人的情绪、思想重视程度等心理因素影响很大。临床中很多病人由于思想上轻视，不遵从医务人员的指导，导致了严重的后果。所以，在临床护理工作中，对病人的心理护理极为重要。

    Abstract:Under the arachnoidea the cavity hemorrhage is the department of neurology acute disease,its morbidity acute disease sentiment changes quickly,in hospital time is long,the morbidity age is somewhat low,because should get sick the particularity,its prognosis situation is ill humans mood,the thought takes psychological factor influences and so on the degree to be very big.Because the clinical very many patients in the thought despise,does not comply with medical personnels instruction,has caused the serious consequence.Therefore,in the clinical nursing work,is extremely important to patients psychological nursing.
