摘要：目的：观察中医卒中单元治疗中风的临床疗效。方法：将90例中风病患者随机分为2组，中医卒中单元治疗组50例和普通病房对照组40例，观察临床疗效、血液流变学变化、血脂、纤维蛋白元、D-二聚体等。结果：治疗组临床痊愈10例(20%)，显效20例(40%)，好转12例(24%)，总有效率84%；对照组临床痊愈4例(10%)，显效8例(20.0%)，好转10例(25%)，总有效率55%，治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血液流变学、血脂、纤维蛋白元、D-二聚体较治疗前明显下降，与对照组治疗后比较亦有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：中医卒中单元治疗中风有较好的疗效。

    Abstract:Objective:Observation Chinese medicine apoplexy unit treatment stroke clinical curative effect.Methods:Divides into 2 groups stochastically 90 example stroke sickness patient,the Chinese medicine apoplexy unit treatment group 50 examples and the ward control group 40 examples,the observation clinical curative effect,the blood rheology change,the blood fats,the fibrin Yuan,the D- dimer and so on.Results:The treatment group clinical convalesces 10 examples (20%),shows results 20 examples (40%),changes for the better 12 examples (24%),total effectiveness 84%;The control group clinical convalesces 4 examples (10%),shows results 8 examples (20.0%),changes for the better 10 examples (25%),the total effectiveness 55%,the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group (P<0.05).Before the treatment group treats the blood rheology,the blood fats,the fibrin Yuan,the D- dimer treats drops obviously,treats after the control group compares also has the remarkable difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese medicine apoplexy unit treatment stroke has the good curative effect. ......
