糖尿病患者行肱踝指数测定对糖尿病足相关健康教育依从性增高的报告(1)

摘要：目的：了解糖尿病患者行四肢多普勒肱踝指数(ABI)检测后对足部护理知识的掌握和依从性是否提高，从而有效预防糖尿病足的发生。方法：自行设计调查问卷和方法，将140名患者随机分成两组，实验组和对照组各70人，实验组行ABI检测，对照组不进行ABI检测。都对其进行糖尿病足健康教育。进行ABI检测的患者，要同时告知其下肢病变的严重程度。6个月后采用自行设计的糖尿病患者足部情况及相关知识进行问卷调查。结论：通过对140例糖尿病患者的调查分析，其结果显示：患者行ABI检测后对糖尿病足的健康教育知识的依从性比不进行ABI检测的患者要高，在糖尿病教育中要重视用客观资料、检测方法对糖尿病患者进行糖尿病足的预防护理知识教育，增强患者对糖尿病足的认识和对足部的保护意识，同时ABI检测结果对观察糖尿病足的发生、发展有指导性意义。

Abstract:Objective:After understood diabetic good four limbs Doppler brachium malleolus index (ABI) examination to foot nursing knowledge grasping and compliance whether enhances,thus prevents the diabetes full occurrence effectively.Methods:Independently designs the questionnaire and the method,divides into stochastically 140 patients two groups,the experimental group and control group each 70 people,the experimental group line of ABI examination,the control group does not carry on the ABI examination.All carries on the diabetes foot health education to it.Carries on the ABI examination the patient,wants simultaneously to inform its lower limb pathological change the serious degree.After 6 months use the diabetic foot situation and the correlation knowledge which independently designs carry on the questionnaire survey.Conclusion:Through to 140 example diabetics diagnosis,its result demonstrated that,After the patient line of ABI examination compares the patient to diabetes full health education knowledge compliance who does not carry on the ABI examination to have to be high,educates at diabetes must take with the objective material,the examination method to carry on diabetes full prevention nursing knowledge education to the diabetic,strengthens the patient to the diabetes full understanding and to the foot protection consciousness,simultaneously the ABI examination result to observes the diabetes full occurrence,the development has the guidance significance.
