摘要：本例为骶管注射空气过量，硬膜囊明显受压，马尾神经急性损失所致，患者曾有三次骶管注射史，每次量约30ml，而此次约15ml空气致急性马尾神经损伤，考虑按抖复位后椎管不通畅所致，也提醒骶管注射时总量不能过大。关键词：骶管注射空气过量 急性马尾神经损伤
