摘要：目的：探讨心理干预对子宫切除患者手术的影响。方法：采用通过问卷调查以及面对面的交谈，了解病人最担心的情况，有针对性地进行个性化护理干预。结果：经过个性化心理干预，病人的不安与恐惧等心理有明显改善，增强了对手术成功的信心。结论：术前做好针对性心理疏导，术后是减少手术对患者生理心理影响的有效方法。
