摘要：阴道分泌物，主要由阴道粘膜、宫颈腺体、前庭大腺及子宫内膜的分泌物混合而成，俗称“白带”。从新生儿至青春期，阴道管腔闭合，外界微生物不易侵入。青春期后，受雌激素影响，阴道上皮细胞除底层外，各层细胞均含有不同量的糖原。受卵巢功能的作用发生同期性变化而脱落，糖原在阴道杆菌作用下转化为乳酸，使阴道保持酸性环境，具自净作用。一旦酸性环境发生改变，易受外界微生物的侵害，白带检查就显得必要。实验室必须正确进行清洁度的判别。

Abstract:The vagina secretion,mainly by the vagina mucous membrane,the cervix of the uterus gland,the vestibule big gland and the endometrium secretion mix becomes,popular name "leucorrhea".From newborn to puberty,vagina lumen closed,the outside microorganism not easy to invade.After the puberty,the estrogen influence,the vagina epithelial cell besides the first floor,each cell is not included the commensurability glycogen.Is had the homochronous change the ovary function function to fall off,the glycogen transforms under the vagina bacillus function as the lactic acid,makes the vagina to maintain the acidic environment,has from only affects.Once the acidic environment has the change,the outside microorganisms violation,the leucorrhea inspection appears easily essential.The laboratory must carry on the cleanliness correctly the distinction.
