成绩自控管理模式在护理教学中的应用研究
摘要：目的：探讨成绩自控管理模式对护理学生学习的促进作用。方法：随机选取我院护理专业2010级两个高职班作为研究对象，一班为实验组，另一班为对照组。在护理教学中，对照组采用传统模式，实验组采用成绩自控管理模式。通过一个学期的实验，分析成绩自控管理模式的应用对学生学习的促进作用。结果：实验组学生的综合表现成绩、护理技术操作成绩、期末卷面理论考试成绩显著高于对照组 (均P<0.05)；实验组学生的考勤、提交实训报告和实训用物和环境的整理等学习态度显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论：在护理教学中，采取成绩自控管理模式可以增强学生学习的主观能动性，端正学习态度，从而提高学生的学业成绩。关键词：自控 管理模式 护理教学
