摘要：目的：对神经外科患者颈外静脉留置针的临床护理进行探讨。方法：对使用颈外静脉留置针患者临床护理进行研究和分析。结果：颈外静脉留置针具有留置时间长,静脉炎发生率低,穿刺成功率高,易于活动等优点。结论：行颈外静脉穿刺能建立快捷、方便、有效的重要输液通道,保证了治疗的顺利进行。

    Abstract:Objective:External jugular vein indwelling needle in patients with neurosurgical clinical nursing care to explore.Methods:The use of external jugular vein indwelling needle in patients with clinical nursing research and analysis.Results:External jugular vein indwelling needle with an indwelling time of long,low incidence of phlebitis,puncture and high success rate,easy activities and so on.Conclusion:External jugular vein puncture to build important infusion of fast,easy,and effective channels,ensuring the smooth progress of the treatment.
