摘要：上消化道出血是内科常见急症，出血原因可由多种疾病引起，严重者危及生命。为了提高临床医生对本病的病因认识，有利于对本病的早期诊断，及提高治愈率，结果急诊胃镜检查对出血病因的检出率为90.53%,明显高于早期胃镜组的66.89%(P<0.01)。笔者对2008年9月～2009年8月我科收治非门脉高压性上消化道出血68例诊治情况总结分析如下。
