电针结合软组织痛点推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病72例临床疗效观察(1)

摘要：目的：探讨电针结合软组织痛点推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。
方法：临床随机分为针刺推拿组72例，采用电针结合软组织痛点推拿治疗；药物组70例，采用天麻素注射液静滴+盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊口服。
结果：针刺推拿组治愈49例，显效16例，有效6例，无效1例，总有效率为98.61%；而药物组痊愈30例，显效14例，有效15例，无效11例，总有效率为84.29%，针刺推拿组疗效明显优于药物组(P<0.01)。
结论：针刺推拿组疗效明显优于药物组。

Abstract:Objective:Aim to explore the efficacy on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated by using electro acupuncture and soft tissue pain point massage simultaneously.
Methods:142 patients at will were divided into 72 patients of acupuncture massage by using electro acupuncture combined with soft tissue pain point massage , 70 patients of drug group by using intravenous injection on gastrodia and flunarizine capsules orally.
Result:Acupuncture massage therapy group cured 49 cases, 16 cases markedly effective in 6 cases, and Invalid 1 cases,The total effective rate reached up to 98.61 percent.;Drug group recovered 30 cases, 14 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, Invalid11 cases, The drug group rate reached up to 84.29 percent. It was obvious that the effect of electro acupuncture and massage was much more wonderful than that of the drug group(P0.05)，具有可比性。
1.2 诊断标准。参照国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》制定[1]。
1.2.1 有慢性颈部劳损或外伤史，颈椎退行性病史。
1.2.2 颈肩臂酸胀，疼痛，头晕目眩，颈部板紧，视物旋转，甚则恶心、呕吐，仆倒等。
