    赵 或,1965年生,河南省郾城县第二人民医院美容整形科主治医师。获第三军医大学医疗成果二等奖一项,市科技成果二等奖二项,发表论文20篇。[摘 要] 目的:从美容角度探讨颜面部瘢痕的综合治疗效果。 方法:手术切除瘢痕,切口下注射康宁克通-A,皮内间断内翻缝合,加压包扎,外贴瘢痕敌。 结果:所有病例伤口均Ⅰ期愈合仅留"线形"瘢痕或无易见瘢痕。 结论:颜面部瘢痕综合治疗可获得满意美容效果。

    [Abstract] Objective:To study the result of comprehensive treatment facial keloid. Methods:Removing the keloid,injecting KangNingKeTong-A under the cut,sewing up the cut,bandaging it with pressure,and pasting BanHenDi over the cut. Results:All of the cases are healing by first intention without apparent cicatrix. Conclusion:The satisfactory effect can be obtained by the comprehensive treatment for the facial keloid.
