强脉冲光不同脉宽对豚鼠皮肤色素和表皮黑素细胞影响的实验观察(1)
[摘要]目的：评价强脉冲光不同脉宽对豚鼠皮肤色素及表皮黑素细胞的影响。 方法：用三种脉宽分别照射三组豚鼠，分不同阶段取材，观察皮肤色素及表皮黑素细胞的变化。 结果：对每次照射后的色素变化作统计学比较，发现高脉宽的能量组去除色素效果优于另外两组(P<0.05),并且透射电镜观察该组黑素细胞的细胞器变性明显，但细胞核和细胞膜完整。 讨论：强脉冲光的较长脉宽，可以使较高能量治疗的安全性提高，效果优于短脉宽。
