[摘要]目的：探讨一种简单有效且能减轻切口瘢痕增生的内眦赘皮矫正方法。方法：采用横切口，将内眦韧带固定于鼻背筋膜，切除上下方多余皮肤后缝合。结果：本组受术者共30例，28例受术者经6～36个月随访，睑裂变长，内眦间距缩短、眼型自然美观，切口瘢痕不明显，对手术效果满意。结论：该方法操作简单、创伤小，手术效果确切，术后切口瘢痕不明显。

    Epicanthoplasty with transverse incision and fixing with canthal ligament

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo discuss a simple, effective methods of epicanthoplasty that can decrease the scar hyperplasia after the procedure. MethodsCanthoplasties were performed by cutting canthus in a crosscut and fix the medial cantho-ligament to the nasal dorsal fascia. And than to correct the arrange of skin with a "V" suture. Results30 case have obtained satisfied effects after epicanthoplasty. After 6～36 mothes following up, we find the patient's palpebral fissure become longer and the intercanthal distances were shorten. The rebuiled canthus was with nature contour and no recrudescence and scars. ConclusionThis methods is simple and effective, micro-invasive and decrease the scar hyperplasia at most. ......
