[摘要]目的：观察L-精氨酸(L-arginine，L-Arg)与纤维连接蛋白(fibronectin，FN)联合应用对伤口愈合过程的影响。 方法：建立大鼠背部创伤模型，在创面局部应用纤维连结蛋白同时应用L-精氨酸灌胃，分别在术后3、7、10、14天切取创面的愈合组织，进行HE、VG染色和免疫组织化学染色。实验结果用SPSS12.0 for windows统计软件，采用单因素方差分析方法进行统计学处理。结果：与对照组相比，联合应用FN和L-Arg组实验动物创面的愈合时间明显比对照组和两种药物单独应用组缩短，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：L-Arg和FN联合应用对促进大鼠背部创面的修复，缩短伤口的愈合时间具有显著的效果。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effection of L-Arg mixed with FN on speed and quantity of the wound healing.MethodsBy making the wound model on the back of rats, each wound surface was injected with FN and lavaged with L-Arg. The tissue in the wound surface was taken respectively on the day of 3 days, 7 days, 10 days and 14 days. The sections of hematoxylin-eosin stain, collagen fibrils specific stain (Van Gieson,s) and immunohistochemistry were observed. All groups mean values were tested by SPSS12.0 in statistical management.ResultsCompared with the control group and the one medicine used alone , using FN combined with L-Arg shorten the cure course obviously, and the result is significant(P
