纳米非晶金刚石薄膜与纯钛及钴铬合金表面结合强度的研究(1)

     [摘要]目的:研究纳米非晶金刚石薄膜与纯钛及钴铬合金表面结合强度以及镀膜厚度对结合强度的影响。方法:制备钴铬合金和纯钛圆片试件各20个,将纯钛与钴铬合金试件随机分成a1、b1及a2、b2各两组。a1、a2组试件表面镀膜膜厚50nm;b1、b2组试件表面镀膜膜厚100nm。采用薄膜结合强度测试仪测试镀膜后试件的膜/基结合强度(Lc)。结果:a1、b1两组以及a2、b2两组Lc均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);膜厚相同时,纯钛和钴铬合金试件Lc之间也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:纳米非晶金刚石薄膜可以与纯钛及钴铬合金材料达到较好的结合;膜厚相同时,纳米非晶金刚石薄膜与纯钛表面的结合强度优于钴铬合金;镀膜厚度对纳米非晶金刚石薄膜与纯钛及钴铬合金的结合强度有明显影响,因此在镀膜时应选择适宜的膜厚。

    Research about the bonding strength of nanometer amorphous diamond film on the surface of dental pure Ti and Co-Cr alloys substrates

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the bonding strength of nanometer amorphous diamond film on the surface of dental pure Ti and Co-Cr alloys substrates and influence of the thickness of film on bonding strength. MethodsWe respectively prepared 20 wafers of pure Ti and Co-Cr alloys. Both the wafers of pure Ti and Co-Cr alloys were divided into two groups(a1、b1 and a2、b2) .The groups a1 and a2 were plated with nanometer amorphous diamond film in thickness 50nm and the groups b1 and b2 were plated with the film in thickness 100nm. Finally, we used scratch test to measure the adhesion(Lc) of nanometer amorphous diamond film on pure Ti and Co-Cr alloys substrates. Results There was significant difference between the groups a1 and a2 on Lc, so was the difference between the groups b1 and b2 as well. Moreover,in the same thickness, there was significant difference between pure Ti and Co-Cr alloys on Lc.ConclusionNanometer amorphous diamond film can be adhered well to dental pure Ti and Co-Cr alloys substrates and its thickness will obviously influence the bonding strength,therefore, we should choose the more appropriate thickness. In the same thickness, the adhesion of nanometer amorphous diamond film on pure Ti substrate is better than Co-Cr alloys substrate.

    纳米非晶金刚石薄膜是将金刚石、类金刚石薄膜制备工艺与纳米技术相结合的产物,是一种新型的功能薄膜材料。在纳米非晶金刚石薄膜的应用中,首先要求薄膜与基体之间具有足够的界面结合强度,这也是保证薄膜满足力学、物理和化学等使用性能的基本前提。本实验目的在于研究纳米非晶金刚石薄膜与牙用纯钛及钴铬合金表面的结合强度以及镀膜厚度对结合强度的影响,从而为纳米非晶金刚石薄膜的实际应用提供科学的依据。

    1材料和方法

    1.1材料与仪器设备:JM-2型纳米金刚石镀膜机(西安百纳科技有限公司生产);薄膜结合强度测试仪,显微镜(西安轻工钟表研究所);纯钛棒材(陕西宝鸡有色金属总公司);硬质钴铬合金锭(上海常平牙科材料有限公司)。

    1.2 试件的制作:先将硬质钴铬合金锭铸造成直径20mm、长15cm的圆棒,随后分别从已铸造的钴铬合金圆棒和成品纯钛棒材上截取直径15mm、厚度2mm的圆片各20个,表面用200#,400#,600#,900#,1000#,1200#金相砂纸逐级打磨、抛光、中性洗剂清洗脱脂,丙酮超声清洗,干燥后备用。

    1.3实验分组:将纯钛试件随机分成实验组a1与 b1两组,每组10个;钴铬合金试件也随机分成实验组a2与b2两组,每组10个。

    1.4试件的镀膜处理:将各组试件固定于JM-2型纳米金刚石镀膜机内,试件首先进行镀膜前极化预处理,随后实验组a1与a2的试件表面镀膜8min(膜厚50nm),实验组b1与b2的试件表面镀膜15min(膜厚100nm),出炉后备用。

    1.5实验方法:按镀膜结合强度测试标准GB/T8554-1997,用薄膜结合强度测试仪测试纯钛和钴铬合金试件的膜/基结合强度(120°锥角,SR0.2mm金刚石划头)。X100、X400显微镜观察结果。

    1.6数据统计:用SPSS统计软件(SPSS10.0版本)对测试所得各试件的膜基临界载荷Lc进行统计学分析(两样本t检验)。, 百拇医药(陈 钢 赵晓琳 李 斌 姚月玲)
