三种电脑比色仪测色性能的比较(1)

     [摘要]目的:比较Vita Easyshade、ShadeEye NCC、Shadepilot 3种电脑比色仪的测色性能。方法:分别用3种比色仪,对85例患者右上中切牙和5块Vita Classical比色板进行测色,根据色差理论计算各比色仪测每颗牙的正确色调,比较3种比色仪Vita Classical颜色输出的准确率、重复率及测自然牙的L*a*b值有无差异。结果:在使用Vita Classical颜色系统输出时,Vita Easyshade和ShadeEye NCC的准确率无显著差异(P>0.05),但二者的准确率均显著低于Shadepilot(P<0.001)。3种比色仪测色的重复率均较高,彼此间无显著差异(P>0.05)。3种比色仪测得的自然牙L*a*b值存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:3种比色仪Vita Classical颜色系统测色的可靠性均较好,但测色的准确性和L*a*b值存在显著差异。3种比色仪中只有Shadepilot测色的准确率和重复率均超过75%。
