颅面复杂骨折的手术治疗(1)

[摘要]目的:总结复杂性颅颌面(CMF)骨折的治疗方法,以提高临床治疗水平。方法:23例复杂性颅颌面(CMF)骨折的患者采用头皮冠状切口、下睑缘切口及口内前庭沟切口入路,充分显露所有骨折部位。按照由外而内,先上下再中间,功能与形态并重的原则进行骨折的解剖复位,钛板坚固内固定。结果:手术切口均一期愈合,所有患者面部畸形得到明显改善,张口度和咬合关系恢复正常,X线片显示骨折处对位良好。结论:复杂性颅颌面骨折病情危重、类型复杂。熟知各区域的解剖功能特点、合理设计手术方案,方可最大程度地改善外形,恢复功能。
