[摘要]目的:探讨中波高能紫外线治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效和不良反应。方法:选择皮肤科门诊白癜风患者经过系统服药治疗病情进入稳定期、色素减退面积均占全身皮肤总面积10%以下的患者80例,共有皮损189处。将所有患者分为两组:治疗组40例,共统计皮损80处,采用中波高能紫外线治疗3个月,每周1次;对照组40例,共统计皮损斑块82处,采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗3个月,每周2次。每隔4周及治疗结束1周后评价两组疗效,治疗后随访1个月。结果:经3个月治疗,治疗组痊愈17例,显效31例,有效25例,无效7例,有效率91.25%,显效率60%; 对照组痊愈11例,显效19例,有效28例,无效24例,有效率70.73%,显效率36.6%。两种方法治疗白癜风的有效率及显效率比较均有显著性差异(χ2=12.07,P<0.01及χ2= 8.89,P<0.01)。结论:中波高能紫外线治疗白癜风的早期疗效显著,治疗顺应性好,不良反应少。

Treatment of vitiligo with High-energy UV:a clinical study

Abstract: ObjectiveTo determine the efficacy and safety of the High-energy UV in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods The vitiligo lesions in stable stage of 80 patients were divided into two groups equally. The treatment group including 80 lesions were treated with the High-energy UV for 3 months (one time per week), the control group including 82 lesions were treated with narrowbandultraviolet B for 3 months(two times per week). Efficacies were evaluated every 4 weeks and 1 Week after the treatments were completed. Patients were followed up for 1 months. Results The number of "cured" "remarkably improved" and "improved" were 17, 31, 25 in the treatment group, and the rates of improved were 91.25%,the rates of "remarkably improved" were 60%; The number of "cured" "remarkably imp roved" and "improved" were 11, 19, 28 in the control group,and the rates of improved were 70.73%, the rates of "remarkably improved" were 36.6%. the two groups show statistical difference in the rates of "improved"(χ2= 12.07,P<0.01) and "remarkably improved"(χ2=8.89,P<0.01).Conclusion The High-energy UV is safe and effective in treating stable vitiligo and the efficacy is remarkably in early phase.
