金因肽与烧伤二号治疗压疮效果观察(1)

[摘要]目的：探讨金因肽、烧伤二号(唐都医院药剂科研制)对压疮的治疗效果。方法：选取符合诊断标准的Ⅱ度压疮患者30例，Ⅲ度压疮患者30例，随机分为金因肽治疗组，烧伤二号治疗组以及对照组，每组10人。Ⅱ、Ⅲ度压疮金因肽治疗组每天用金因肽喷创面5次；Ⅱ、Ⅲ度压疮烧伤二号治疗组每天用烧伤二号涂抹患处7次。Ⅱ、Ⅲ度压疮对照组只做常规护理，不应用金因肽和烧伤二号。观察治疗组平均需换药次数，以及治疗组和对照组的治疗效果，治疗效果分为显效、有效、无效三级。结果：金因肽治疗组Ⅱ、Ⅲ度压疮平均换药次数分别为35次和52次，烧伤2号治疗组Ⅱ、Ⅲ度压疮分别为48次和68次。金因肽治疗组、烧伤二号治疗组与对照组比较疗效有显著性差异同时，金因肽治疗组与烧伤二号组比较有显著性差异。结论：使用金因肽与烧伤二号治疗压疮，均取得了明显的治疗效果，减少了换药次数，增加了创面愈合的速度。且金因肽治疗组较烧伤二号治疗组疗效有差异，金因肽治疗组在换药次数以及创面愈合的速度方面效果更佳。

Observation of therapeutic eeffect of decubitus using Jin Yin Tai and NO.2 Burning

Abstract:ObjectiveTo discuss the therapeutic effect of Decubitus using Jin Yin Tai and NO.2 Burning (researched and manufactured by pharmacy department of Tangdu Hospital).Methods30 cases of Ⅱdegree decubitus patients and 30 cases of Ⅲ degree decubitus patients were randomly divided into Jin Yin Tai group, NO.2 Burning group and control group. There were 10 patients in each group.Jin Yin Tai was sprayed on surface of the wound five times every day in Jin Yin Tai group, NO.2 burning was smeared on wounded part seven times every day in NO.2 burning group and control group was administrated by only routine nursing. Average times of changing the dress and therapeutic effective were observation.ResultsThe average times of changing the dress of Ⅱ,Ⅲ degree decubitus in Jin Yin Tai group were 35 and 52 respectively, and NO.2 burning group were 48 and 68 respectively. Compared with control group, there was significant difference. Moreover,there was significant difference between Jin Yin Tai group and NO.2 burning group.ConclusionJin Yin Tai and NO.2 burning have obvious therapeutic effective. They can significantly reduce the times of changing the dress and accelerate the healing of surface of wound. Jin Yin Tai has better therapeutic effective than NO.2 burning.
