红蓝光联合陈氏粉刺清治疗痤疮的疗效观察(1)

[摘要]目的：探讨联合应用红蓝光及陈氏粉刺清治疗炎症性痤疮的临床效果。方法：选择中重度(Pillsbury分级为Ⅱ或Ⅲ度)寻常性痤疮92 例，随机分为试验组(46例)和对照组(46例)。试验组采用红蓝光与陈氏粉刺清联合治疗，对照组单用陈氏粉刺清治疗，研究分析其治疗效果。结果：总体效果评价中，试验组痊愈率为21.7%，有效率为82.6%；对照组痊愈率为10.8%，有效率为54.3%，比较两组之间痊愈率及有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：红蓝光与粉刺清联合治疗炎症性痤疮疗效好，其疗效明显优于单用粉刺清治疗，不良反应亦轻微。

Therapeutic effect of acne treated by red and blue light combine with Chen's Acne Clear

Abstract： Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of the red and blue light combine with Chen's acne clear for acne. And to explore the therapeutic effect.Methods Choose moderate to severe (Pillsbury classification of Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree) of acne vulgaris 92 patients, Divided into experimental group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases) randomly. Experimental group were treated with red and blue combined with Chen's acne Clear, control group only were treated with Chen's Acne clear, Observe and evaluate its therapeutic effect.ResultsThe cure rate was 21.7%, the effective rate was 82.6% in experimental group, the cure rate was 10.8% and the effective rate was 54.3% in control group, between the two groups, cure rates and efficiency rates were with statistical significance(P<0.05).Only one case appeared skin turn red.ConclusionCombination Red and blue Light and Chen's Acne Clear therapy for inflammatory acne seems to be superior to use Chen's Acne Clear alone, and side effects were minimal

痤疮是美容科常见的一种皮肤病，患病率高，病程长，易复发，其不仅是一种躯体疾病[1]，影响容貌，更重要的是在社会、心理、情绪等方面还会对患者造成严重影响。对中重度痤疮的治疗，目前以口服及外用抗生素类及维A酸类等药物为主，但治疗往往需要时间长，且疗效不确定，副作用较大[2]。红蓝光照射治疗痤疮为一种新的方法[3]，其临床应用正日趋广泛。2010年2月～2011年2月，笔者科室应用红蓝光照射配合陈氏粉刺清外用治疗92例中重度痤疮患者，并从中选出46 例以炎症为主的寻常性痤疮患者进行观察，取得了较满意的效果，现将结果报道如下。
1 资料和方法
1.1 临床资料:全部病例均为门诊就诊的中重度面部寻常性痤疮患者，痤疮的轻重程度采用Pillsburg分级法[4]，共入选92例，其中男41例，女51例，平均年龄23.4岁。将所有患者随机分成红蓝光与粉刺清(由上海剂世园日化有限公司生产，以腹蛇胆、三七粉、黄莲等为主要成分)联合治疗组和粉刺清治疗组，采用开放性试验，试验组46例，男22例，女24例，平均年龄22.7岁；对照组46例，男19例，女27例，平均年龄24.1岁。两组患者病情轻重、性别、年龄和分级比较无统计学意义(P>0 ......
