Mini Uni-Twin托槽系统的临床应用(1)

     [摘要]目的:观察Mini Uni-Twin托槽系统临床应用的特点。方法:选择18例轻中度拥挤患者采取非拔牙矫治,分为Mini Uni-Twin组和TP组,每组9例分别使用Mini Uni-Twin托槽和TP托槽进行矫治,对矫治前后变化进行配对t检验。结果:所有患者均达到I类牙合关系。覆牙合、覆盖正常,上下牙齿排列整齐,均达到了预期治疗效果。Mini Uni-Twin组在镍钛(Ni-Ti)圆丝排齐阶段所用时间低于TP组。比较治疗前后各个头影测量值,下中切牙长轴与NB连线的交角(L1-NB°)、下中切牙切缘于NB连线的垂直距离(L1-NB)、下中切牙长轴与下颌平面角的交角(IMPA°)等指标有统计学意义。结论:Mini Uni-Twin 托槽系统其独特的设计改变了传统的结扎方式,从而大大降低摩擦力,提高了滑动机制的效果,显著缩短了疗程。笔者主要通过Mini Uni-Twin托槽矫治技术与临床上常用的直丝弓矫治技术的比较,为临床上广泛使用Mini Uni-Twin托槽矫治技术提供理论依据,但因患者配合程度也影响疗程,且样本量限制,还需要进一步的研究。

    Clinical application of Mini Uni-Twin System used in non-extraction treatment

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe Mini braces system characteristics of clinical application. MethodsEightteen patents with mild to moderate crowding were selected and were treated with non-extraction. They were divided into Mini Uni-Twin group and TP group.We recorded and comparative analyzed details of treatment process of each patient.Three patients finished there treatments so far.We compared and analyzed these lateral x-rays which were taken at the beginning and end of the treatment.ResultsAll patients achieved the desired purpose.Experimental group used less time than control group in orthodontics alinement. Significant differences were found inL1-NB°、L1-NB and IMPA. Conclusion Mini Uni-Twin System have many advantages such as less friction、less time in orthodontics alinement、longer appointment interval.However,patients cooperate or not influence the treatment.Sample size also limit the result,so we need further research.

    Mini Uni-Twin矫治系统,既可以带来单翼托槽的优势又不影响传统双翼托槽的控制效果属于低摩擦高效矫治系统。Mini Uni-Twin托槽以创新性的设计和独特的网底为特点;结合了单翼托槽槽间距大和双翼托槽的旋转控制强的优点;在排齐整平阶段有效地移动牙齿,同时在整个治疗阶段有效地控制牙齿的整体移动;减少了矫治器摩擦力,使用轻力矫治。

    由于Mini Uni-Twin托槽的这些优点,此托槽系统可以有效地的缩短正畸矫治时间,缩短医师椅旁操作时间,缩短患者复诊间隔时间,同时此托槽系统相对于自锁矫治器较为低廉的价格,越来越多的被正畸医师和患者所选择。
