[摘要]目的：初探痤疮患者的心理特点及心理护理措施。方法：选取2005年3月～2008年6月我科86例重度痤疮住院患者，采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对患者的心理状况进行调查评估，定时定期分别对患者进行心理干预。结果：住院的痤疮患者75.58%有焦虑症状，30.23%有抑郁症状。结论：有效的心理护理措施在痤疮患者治疗中是非常必要的。

    Psychological nursing of the patients with acne

    AbstractObjectiveTo investigate the psychologic character and nursing intervention of acne patients. Methods A total of 86 inpatients with severe acne from Mar. 2005 to June 2008 in our department, their psychologic status were investigated with Self-Rating Anxiety (SAS), Self--Rating Depression (SDS) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), and gave them to thepsychologicalintervention inthespecifiedtime regularly.
