[摘要]目的：观察皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中P105和PTEN蛋白的表达情况，探讨其表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法：用免疫组化SP法检测52例皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织和10例正常皮肤组织石蜡标本中P105和PTEN蛋白的表达。结果：在SCC标本中，P105蛋白阳性表达率明显高于正常皮肤组织(P<0.05)；PTEN蛋白阳性表达率明显低于正常皮肤组织(P<0.001)。在低分化SCC标本中， P105蛋白的阳性表达率高于高中分化组，PTEN蛋白的阳性表达率低于高中分化组(P均<0.001)；P105蛋白的阳性表达与病理分级呈明显正相关，PTEN蛋白阳性表达与病理分级呈明显负相关(P均<0.05)。结论：在SCC 组织标本中，P105强表达，PTEN蛋白低表达或不表达，这可能是细胞恶性转化和增殖的信号，也是肿瘤具有侵袭性的标志。

The expression and investigate of P105 and PTEN protein in cutaneous squamous cell

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression and its relation to clinicopathological characteristis of P105 and PTEN protein in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Expression of P105 and PTEN protein was detected in 52 SCC and 10 normal skin specimens by SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of P105 protein significantly higher in SCC specimen than that in normal skin(P<0.05).The positive rate of PTEN was significantly lower in SCC than that in normal skin (P<0.001) in SCC specimen.The positive rate of P105 protein was higher than them in the high-middle differentiation group,The positive rate of PTEN protein was lower than them in the high-middle differentiation group(P<0.001) in Low differentiation of SCC pecimen.A significant positive relationship was observed between the expression of P105 and significant negative relationship of PTEN protein is relation to pathologicalgrading in SCC(P<0.05). Conclusions The enhance of P105and the decrease or negative prefix deletion of PTEN protein expression will result in the m alignant transformation and proliferation, and tumour has an aggressive marks in SCC specimen.
