[摘要]目的：探讨年轻恒牙冠折玻璃纤维桩核修复治疗的临床效果。方法：临床选择27例年轻恒牙冠折的患者共35颗患牙。先用Vitapex糊剂进行根尖诱导成形术,再对残冠残根进行玻璃纤维桩核冠修复，并进行定期临床检查。结果：玻璃纤维桩核修复系统35颗修复体1年后复查,成功率为97.14%。结论：对于年轻恒牙患者根尖诱导完成后进行玻璃纤维桩修复可以满足临床要求，但仍需对其进行长期的临床观察。

    Clinical application of glass fiber posts in the restoration of immature permanent teeth with crown fractures

    Abstract: Objective To study the clinical effect of glass fiber post and resin cores for the restorations of immature permanent teeth crown fractures. Methods Vitapex was used in apexification in 27 patients with fractured crowns,followed by glass fiber post and resin cores restorations.The patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year. Results The success rate was 97.14% after 1 year restoration. Conclusion Apexification followed up by glass fiber post and resin cores restrations in the treatment of crown fractures of immature of practice,However more long-term studies with larger numbers of restorations are needed ......
