平阳霉素注射联合超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑黄瘤的疗效观察(1)

[摘要]目的：探讨应用超脉冲CO2激光联合平阳霉素治疗睑黄瘤的临床疗效及复发情况。方法：对65例睑黄瘤患者进行联合治疗(治疗组)，62例单用平阳霉素注射治疗(对照组)，研究分析两组的治疗效果。结果：随访0.5～2年，治疗组痊愈61例，显效3例，有效率为98.4%，复发1例，复发率为1.5%；对照组痊愈45 例，显效4例，有效率为79%，复发14例，复发率为22.5%，治疗组与对照组有效率及复发率经统计学比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：超脉冲CO2激光联合平阳霉素治疗睑黄瘤的疗效好，明显优于单用平阳霉素注射治疗，不良反应轻微，治疗次数少、安全性高，值得临床推广。

Observation of the Curative Effect of Injection of Pinyangmycin Combined with Ultrapulse CO2 Laser in the Treatment of Xanthelasma Palpebrarum

Abstract: Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and complications of injection of pinyangmycin combined with ultrapulse CO2 laser in the treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum. Methods The experimental group of 65 cases was treated with combined treatment, 62 cases only intradermal injection of Pinyangmycin as control groups. Analysed its curative effect. Results All cases were followed up for 6～24 months.In the experimental group: 61 cases was cured completely, 3 cases was improved apparently, the effective rate was 98.4 %. 1 case relapsed. The racurrence rate was 1.5%. In the control group: 45 cases was cured completely、4 cases was improved apparently, the effective rate was 79.0%.14 cases relapsed. The racurrence rate was 1.5%. There was a significant statistical difference of the efficacy and complications between the experimental group and control group by χ2-test(P<0.05). Conclusion Injection of pinyangmycin combined with ultrapulse CO2 laser in the treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum is a therapy with good effect、little side effect、less cure times、high safety.It deserve to be popularized.It is obviously better than only intradermal injection of Pinyangmycin.

睑黄瘤好发于上睑内眦角处，可对称或先后发生，皮损柔软、无症状，严重者可累及整个上睑甚至全眼睑皮肤。病因多与体内脂质代谢障碍有关，多见于中年女性，严重影响美观[1]。虽为良性病变，但影响容貌，以往采用外科手术、电灼、冷冻、CO2激光治疗，但出血、瘢痕、色素改变、复发等并发症多[2-3]。2009年1月～2011年1月，笔者科室采用超脉冲CO2激光联合平阳霉素治疗睑黄瘤患者，取得了满意效果，现报道如下 ......
