翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞结膜移植术后复发原因分析(2)
综上所述，翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞结膜移植术虽然可以较单纯翼状胬肉切除、翼状胬肉切除并羊膜移植术能降低胬肉手术复发率，但如果要进一步降低及至避免复发需要术前排除干眼等眼部疾病，并且术者具有高超的显微手术技巧，术中彻底切除胬肉、严密止血，术后正确的点眼技术指导并且及时控制眼部炎症，可以达到较好的手术疗效。
