火针治疗男性睑黄瘤一例(1)
[摘要]目的：观察火针治疗睑黄瘤的临床疗效。方法：患者，男，49岁，患双侧睑黄瘤6年，曾行睑黄瘤切除术，术后1年复发，伴有瘢痕结缔组织增生，瘤体于左眼上睑内眦一处，右眼上下睑各一处，共有3处淡黄色斑块，大小8mm×20mm，应用尖头火针焠刺，直至瘤体干缩、坏死，治疗后外涂红霉素软膏。结果：火针治疗后患处痊愈，未遗留明显瘢痕和色素沉着。结论：火针治疗睑黄瘤简便易行，疗效确切，无明显副作用。
