[摘要]目的：研究偏颌畸形患者通过正畸正颌联合治疗后颌面部骨骼对称性改善情况。方法：对15例偏颌畸形的患者行正畸正颌联合治疗，收集治疗前及治疗后的正位头影测量片，通过CASSOS软件对正位片进行定位测量，对数据进行Grummons分析研究。结果：所有反应下颌骨对称性的指标均显示差异减小(Ag-Angle、Co-Me、Me-Ag、Co-Ag-Me、Ag-Distance、Me到中线距离、L1 offset)，但仍有差异存在。结论：正畸正颌联合治疗偏颌畸形对颌面部骨骼的对称性改善是非常可观的，但没有达到完全对称的效果。

    Abstract： Objective To study the improvment of maxillofacial skeleton symmetry of patients with facial asymmetry after orthodontic orthognathic combined treatment.
